Nicole Moore

Nicole Moore is a seasoned legal assistant with more than eight years of experience, mostly in family law. She values client relationships and attention to detail. 

Previously, Nicole worked for the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court where she started out as a County Civil Clerk who handled small claims and tenant eviction cases. She was then promoted to Circuit Civil where she handled family law (divorce, paternity, name changes, adoptions) and civil litigation. Nicole was the only civil law clerk trained to clerk Circuit Civil jury trials due to her attention to detail and ability to handle complex situations. 

Prior to her time with the Charlotte County Clerk, she was the administrative assistant at her local Catholic church. 

Nicole is a Florida native and was raised to treat others how she would like to be treated. She brings that caring attitude with her into client interactions. Assisting clients with mandatory financial disclosure and helping clients understand the family law process are just a few of Nicole’s many assets. Nicole has been an Alpert Law team member for four years. 

When Nicole isn’t working, she is a loving wife and Mamma to two beautiful children. In her spare time, she is a huge baseball fan.
